Parks Victoria have finally bowed to the pressure of Mother Nature. For years residents have had to tread on very aged timbers, the storm surge exposed just how far gone the structure was. Parks Vic have committed to a major rebuild and need to close the pier for the rest of the year. When they come to replace the "Flag" installation, perhaps they'll get the vertical lights going !
