High Winds in Frankston Cause Storm Surge.

100 + klm per hour winds ripped straight into Frankston Beach on Saturday and Sunday causing a storm surge which for the second time in 6 months inundated Frankston Pier.
Local filmaker Sheila Newman braved the howling elements and shot the film which is posted on You Tube.
The link below will take you on a four and a half minute battering, needless to say, residents along Kananook Creek were left wondering what the future holds.
