E.S.D. Guidelines for Buildings and Urban Design were presented to Council at the last meeting. Council voted unanimously to allow community comment, they're available for perusal now.
In the paper saving world we're in, and the fact that these documents are over an inch thick each, the guidelines are only available by download from Council website, www.frankston.vic.gov.au or if you sit down in the foyer for an hour or so....
