Sweetwater Creek meanders in a northerly direction from Humphries Rd at the south end of the catchment, through the Frankston Reservoir until it enters Port Phillip Bay near Liddesdale Avenue.

 Action Sweetwater is custodian of the northerly section from Baden Powell Dr to the beach.

This fragile ecosystem is tended and cared for with a passion that is shown along the walking trails and the regeneration areas succesfully rehabilitated.
